Refunds, Exchanges and Cancellations
No returns are accepted, but we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If a product arrives and is unsatisfactory please contact us as soon as possible to discuss resolving the problem.

Damaged Merchandise
If your item/s has been damaged in shipping please photograph the box, packing and damages to the item/s and email them to us immediately. Do not throw the package away or any items until notified by us. If shipped UPS, they will send an inspector out to view the damages. Other shipping method may require delivery back to them. We must be notified immediately upon arrival of damaged merchandise.

We will exchange a non customized standard chandelier within 10 days of receiving the shipment, less shipping charges, for any other chandelier in our line or a custom chandelier.

We only accept cancellations within 3 days of placing your order. No Exceptions.

Replacement Bulbs
Yes, We do provide replacement bulbs for all of our products. If you would like to get an extra set of bulbs shipped with your order please contact us prior to making a purchase.

Each light is handcrafted and no two are exactly alike. Every effort is made to match the dimensions, color tone and finished texture as closely as possible.

Urban Chandy is now certified to use the UL Mark on products signifying that our fixtures are in compliance with international safety standards. Please verify all information in the product listing.

Our (non UL) chandeliers are made with 95% UL listed parts. If you are purchasing one of these, we will not be responsible for any fees accrued from the chandeliers not being UL listed. Please check with your electrician before purchasing. If the chandelier you are interested in does not specifically say it is UL rated, then contact us before purchasing to ensure it will be labeled appropriately for your purpose.

Shipping & Delivery: U.S.
We ship USPS priority, UPS or FedEx depending on weight. All packages are insured. Please make any necessary, or special shipping arrangements prior to your purchase.
Please note delivery times: in general, most items will take 2-4 weeks before they are ready to ship unless noted. All products are made to order. If you need a rush placed on your order message us with your request before purchasing.

When your item ships, your order will be updated and you will receive a shipment notification with your tracking number.

We will not be held responsible for items that are confiscated by Customs officials in your country. You must make sure your items are allowed in your country BEFORE you purchase them. Items seized by your country will not be refunded.
We have no control over your countries duties or customs fees so please check with your country for this information so you are not caught off guard by the price being charged in addition to the shipping fees. Get more info at
